By registering for a training program, making a payment, or attending classes, the student agrees to comply with the applicable terms and policies of the program.
1. Course Duration
Each training program will have a specified course duration communicated to the student at the time of enrollment.

19. Photography & Video Consent
Where applicable, photographs or videos may be taken during training sessions, workshops, events or other activities conducted by Sadvin.
Any use of student photographs or videos for promotional, educational or other purposes should be subject to the applicable consent process and permissions.

20. Discontinuation & Termination
Sadvin may discontinue or terminate a student’s participation in a training program in cases including serious misconduct, repeated violation of these Terms & Conditions, disruption of the learning environment, misuse of company resources or other significant violations of applicable policies.
Students may also discontinue their participation subject to the applicable cancellation and refund policies.
Any consequences relating to fees, refunds, certificates, projects or placement assistance will be handled according to the applicable Sadvin policies and the student’s enrollment terms.
